Corn Grits


            Coarser in grind than cornmeal, but finer than flaked corn, these grits make a grand breakfast cereal. They are far more nutritious than the traditional white hominy grits, which are dehulled and degermed. Corn grits can also be used for making a more textured polenta or cornmeal mush.
